Changes to IR35 Legislation

If you’re a contractor, you’ll probably know that this coming April, the IR35 Legislation is changing.

IR35 is a law implemented by HMRC to prevent workers fraudulently identifying themselves as contractors for tax benefits. As of April 2020, the responsibility for upholding IR35 regulations and determining whether IR35 applies in each circumstance will fall to the organisation who are receiving services from an individual.
