On behalf of clients in the education sector, you will telephone current and former students to gain invaluable feedback on courses.
This information is then used by learning providers to plan curriculum, gain funding and to improve courses for future students.
You will work towards targets in both number of surveys and number of dials per hour to ensure client projects are finished on time.
There is no selling involved within the role although a sales attitude is essential.
Training is provided, and continued support is always available.
Working hours are 10am to 8pm Monday to Thursday with potential overtime available.
The location is within 5 minutes of bus and metro routes and free car parking is available on site.
Weekly pay via JB Contract Services.
