JB Contracts currently have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Sunderland office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with good market knowledge who wants to work with an employer that will enable them to implement their own ideas and work as part of a flourishing team within the business.

You will be building a new desk so must have strong focus on candidate sourcing, sales and business development.

You’ll Need:

– Sales experience (essential)

– UK Driving License (essential for client visits)

– Recruitment experience (preferred)

– People person

– Natural confidence

– Customer service background

– Ambition and motivation
